1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
5 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and oats; cool to room temperature. Cream butter, sugars and vanilla. Blend in oatmeal mixture. Combine remaining ingredients except peanut butter cups; add to creamed mixture. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Pour batter into two greased and floured 8" x 8" square pans or one 9" x 13" pan. Chop peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top of batter; do not stir. Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes for square pans; 40 - 45 minutes for oblong pan, or until cake tests done.
