1 bottle white karo syrup (pint)
3 cup white sugar
red food coloring
1 tsp cinnamon (oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, sugar, and food coloring in pan.
Cook over low heat, stirring til sugar dissolves. Cook without stirring to hard. Crack stage (300 degrees)
Add cinnamon oil. Remove from heat. Pour on flat pan. Cool slightly, score, break when very cold.
