Ingredients:  
1/2 c. butter, 1 cup boiling water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cup flour, 4 eggs.

Whipped cream filling.

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to water. Heat till the butter melts. Cook, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves the side of the pan. Remove. Cool 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time. beating after each addition. Drop by teaspoon, 2 inches apart on buttered cookie sheet. Bake in a hot oven at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400º for 25 minutes. Cool and split. Fill.

We used whipped cream, but people use whatever filling they desire.
