1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

2 cup flour
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

6 oz. (1/2 pkg.) chocolate chips
6 oz. (1/2 pkg.) white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375º. Using a stand or hand mixer, cream together the butter and the sugars. Add the vanilla and eggs, and blend into the butter mixture. In a separate bowl, stir together the next 5 dry ingredients. Then, mix the dry ingredients slowly into the creamed butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and the walnuts into the dough. Drop onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
