1 bag of Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes, 3 cups milk, 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, butter, Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes in a 9x13 inch buttered glass dish. Spread chopped onions on top of potatoes. Warm milk in a pan and melt Velveeta cheese in the milk. Add the salt and pepper to the warmed mixture. Pour mixture over the potatoes. Dot the potatoes with butter and generously spread Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 375-400º until potatoes are browned, about one hour.
