Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This cookbook contains several versions of pasties from mining communities of Mineral Point and Calumet Michigan but Zach Gevelinger discovered this version during his visit to Belfast. It's a different approach with a batter around a meat mixture, rather than using crust. It is commonly served with "chips" (French fries) as a Pasty Dinner.
