1 lb. vanilla chips or candy coating
1 6oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place vanilla candy in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until candy melts. Stir in peanut butter. Spread peanut butter mixture in a greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 jellyroll pan. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate melts. Pour chocolate over peanut butter mixture and swirl with a small spatula or knife. Chill until hard. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in a cool place.

I have made pounds and pounds of this candy over the years. Hunter's teachers loved it and it was an often requested gift. I love it because it tastes wonderful, it has 3 ingredients and you make it in the microwave.
