Crust: 1 cup sifted flour, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 T. water.

Top Layer: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup margarine, 1 cup flour, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla.

Mix crust ingredients as you do pie crust. Place on cookie sheet and flatten to 10x10 inches--will be quite thin.

Bring water and margarine to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 cup flour and 3 eggs, one at a time. Beat well by hand. Add 1 tsp. vanilla.

Spread evenly over first mixture. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Frost with a thin mixture of powdered sugar, milk and melted butter. Sprinkle with nuts.
