1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup toffee pieces

Directions:
Directions:
* Sift together flour and baking soda and set aside. Cream butter and sugars on medium high until light and fluffy about 2-3 minutes. Add egg and mix on high to combine, add vanilla and mix to combine.
* Add flour a little at a time until well combined, add oatmeal, cherries, white chocolate chips and toffee bits. Mix to combine - it's very thick. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
* Heat oven to 350º. Bake cookies on parchment lined cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, transfer to rack to cool.
