1qt. Strawberries 1 C. Powdered Sugar 1/2 C. granulated Sugar 2 T Lemon Juice 1 envelope Gelatin 1/4 C cold Water 1 C. Heavy Cream Wash and hull berries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let stand over night or several hours.

Make a 9 inch pie shell. Press half of berries through a sieve or mash. Add juice. makes 1 11/2 C. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Soften gelatin in cold water: Add to the hot strawberry mixture and stir until dissolved. Chill until begins to thicken. Place remaining berries in shell. Cover with geletine mixture. Chill until firm. Cover with shipped Cream.
