9 c. Chex cereal, any kind
1 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside. In microwave safe bowl, mix chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter or margarine, and vanilla. Heat 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. Pour mixture over cereal, mix thoroughly. Put into large plastic bag, mix with powdered sugar. Shake bag until all is mixed well. At this point, you may need to add up to 1/2 cup more powdered sugar. Let sit 15 minutes and enjoy.
