9 inch pie crust baked and cooled
1 package Reese's Peanut Butter chips
3 oz cream cheese (I use fat free)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup plus 2 T milk
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 T cold water
2 T hot water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup (1/2 pint) cold whipping cream

Melt 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter chips. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/3 cup milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Add melted chips, beat well. Beat remaining 2 T milk. Spread into crust. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let stand for 1 minute to soften. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool slightly. Combine sugar and cocoa in medium bowl, add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until stiff. Pour in gelatin mixture and beat until well blended. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Garnish with remaining peanut butter chips and refrigerate for several hours.
