Mustard
Bacon-- raw
Onion Sliced
Pickles
tooth picks

For the GRAVY
Bay leaf
Tomato --chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour
Water
vinegar
whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
You will use two steaks per roll. Pound the steaks thin
Lay the steaks flat; spread a thin layer of mustard over the steaks.
Layer the steaks with bacon, onion,pickles, and salt and pepper.
Roll the steaks tucking the sides as you go.
(Secure with pins or tooth picks or tie together)

Brown in oil with additional chopped onions
Add chopped tomato after browning steak cook for 5 minutes
Add water to fill pan about 1/4 inches
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours all the while basting and adding water as needed. Strain the tomato and onion from the liquid
Set aside to make gravy.

Gravy: Stir water and flour together into a paste.
Add some whipping cream to the paste. Stir.
Bring the tomato onion that you strained to a boil
Wisk in the paste to desired thickness of your gravy
Add in 1 tsp of vinegar

Set the Rouladen over the gravy and it's ready to serve with noodles.
