1 C butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 C sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 C sifted flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add all but flour. Add flour and divide into 3 portions and chill until firm. Roll thin. Bake at 350º for 5-9 minutes. Watch carefully.
