11 cups All-Purpose Flour
6 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Salt
4 cups Fleishmann’s Corn Oil Margarine© - Unsalted, softened
1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
4 cups Dark Brown Sugar, firmly packed
8 tsp. Vanilla Extract or Pure Vanilla
8 Eggs
3 Bags or more of Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or whatever you want

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour, baking soda and salt together in a large mixing bowl. In an extra large mixing bowl; beat the margarine, sugars and vanilla until well mixed. Add the eggs. Then slowly add the dry ingredients. The mixing bowl will be completely full, so be careful! Fold the chocolate chips in by hand. Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, bake for 11-12 minutes.

When using this recipe I make a couple of dozen cookies and then freeze the rest of the dough in small, separate containers. It comes in handy for last minute dessert or in the summer when the kids need a special treat.
