6 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 pint rich cream, 1 pint milk, 1 pint whiskey (or brandy), 1 oz. rum, nutmeg.

Beat separately yolks and whites of eggs. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks while beating. After stiffly beating egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar. Mix whites and yolks together. Stir in 1 pint rich cream and 1 pint milk. Add 1 pint whiskey or brandy and 1 oz. rum to taste. Stir thoroughly. Cool and serve with nutmeg.

This is the best, most calorie laden eggnog ever. It does contain uncooked eggs though; possibly not safe by current standards.
