1 stick of margarine or butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 tbsp. Hershey baking cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk+1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

FROSTING
1 stick margarine or butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk+1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb. box xxxx confectionary sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, margarine or butter, oil, cocoa and water. Sift together flour and sugar. Pour chocolate sauce over flour and sugar and mix well. Add to the flour mixture, milk, vinegar,vanilla, baking soda and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. (I use a throw away foil pan). Bake 20 minutes at 400º. While cake is cooling, mix margarine or butter, cocoa, milk+vinegar. Bring these 3 ingredients to a boiling point. Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla, confectionary sugar. Mix well and add walnuts. While cake is still warm, frost quickly. Cool cake and cut.
