1 lb. Beef Stew Meat
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1-2 Tbsp. Flour
1 small Can of Water Chestnuts
2-3 stalks Celery
1 Can Bean Sprouts
Chow Mein Noodles (Optional for Garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Stew meat in skillet over Med-High temperature. Add Soy Sauce and Flour to meat while browning. Once meat is browned, add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Serve over rice and top with Chow Mein Noodles.
