1 Cup Chunky or Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Granulated Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hand mixer until well mixed.
Roll one Tbs. of ingredients into ball.
Place 2-1/2" apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press out with the bottom of a glass.
Make a criss-cross pattern on each cookie with a fork.
Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each cookie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.
Cool in pan for 10minutes, then place on a rack and cool completely.
Place in an air-tight container.
