1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. roasted and salted peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and syrup in large glass microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 4 min.

Add 1 c. peanuts. Micro for 3-5 minutes until light brown.

Add 1 tsp. butter, mix and micro for 1-2 min.

Add 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix lightly and wait until it gets fluffy.

Pour unto buttered pan. When completely cool break into pieces.

Once baking soda is added don't over mix as it will "fall" and not be as airy.
