1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups (12 oz pkg) chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and Crisco. Add eggs &
vanilla. Combine flour, salt and soda; add
to creamed mixture. Add chips and nuts.
Drop by tablespoon on non-stick cookie
sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes.
Cool on cooling rack. ENJOY!

Mark's favorite, especially the dough. Pam uses small ice cream scoop for more uniform cookies. Grandson Zach enjoys helping Grammie make these cookies.
