* Large Prime rib quarter about 6 lbs. Can be any large size
* Montreal Steak seasoning or any other chunky steak seasoning
* Large cake type pan or roaster
* Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in lots and lots of coarse steak seasoning so it is well covered.
Place foil on bottom of pan so it cleans easily.
Place coated meat on top of foil.
Turn oven on to 500dg.
When to temp to 500 dg bake the prime rib for 20-25 min on lowest rack.
Immediately turn oven off and don't open door until ready to serve...up to 5 hours.
One hour until serving time turn oven back on to 350dg and slice and serve.
