Ingredients:  
* Several pounds of beef stew meat or left over steak or prime rib(see recipe).
* One peg. Wide egg noodles
* One carton of sour cream
* Two cans cream of mushroom soup
* Beef bouillon
* One small onion or dried minced onion as desired.
* Salt and pepper
* 1 pkg. of mushrooms or left over mushrooms from another dinner.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a small amount of olive oil or real butter. Add water to cover, several cubes of bouillon and onion until meat is tender adding more water if needed.
Boil noodles separately according to directions on package.
Add mushrooms and cook until soft to meat mixture. Reduce to a simmer.
Slowly stir in cream soups and then sour cream making sure temperature is not too hot causing the cream to curdle.
Dinner can be mixed or meat sauce can be served on top of noodles.
Salt and pepper as desired.
