* Large bone in ham
* 2 cups vinegar
* 2 cups molasses
* water to cover ham

Directions:
Directions:
Place Ham in large stock pot or canning kettle. Add vinegar, molasses and add water to cover the ham by at least one inch.
Bring everything to a boil. Boil for one hour covered.
Place 2 large quilts on floor, preferably not wood. Place covered pot in center and wrap pot in quilts. Place another quilt on top. Let rest until ready to serve at least 12 hours. You can place ham in pan and cover with glaze and heat before slicing.

Sounds weird but Mini says it works..I have tried it several times and it works great for holidays as you cook the day before and it is still hot to serve.
