*Package of round steak cut into bite size pieces
*5 lbs of potatoes peeled and sliced into large half circles
*Minced onion either dried or 1/4c raw.
*2 cans tomato soup
*Beef bouillon
*Small can of tomato sauce or tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in an electric skillet.
Add onion, bouillon as desired to equal to 2 cups when water is added (2 tsp paste or 2 cubes).
Add potatoes.
Add water to cover.
Cook until potatoes are half way done and steak is cooked.
Add tomato soup and paste or sauce and simmer until potatoes are done. Add water and stir as needed.
Mixture will be kind of saucy.
Serve and use tomato sauce as gravy.
