HAM BALLS:
1 lb. finely ground lean ham
1 1/2 lb. finely ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. milk

SAUCE:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix the ham ball ingredients well and form into balls. Brown in the oven.

After 1/2 hour, pour the sauce over and put back in the oven for 1/2 hour more.

Bumbi's recipe didn't specify the size of the ham balls or an oven temperature. I suggest balls no larger than 1 1/2 inches (if in doubt, go smaller), and an oven temp. of 350º.
