1 1/2 TSP. PUMPKIN SPICE
1/2 TSP SALT
2 EGGS
1 2/3 CUP OF EVAPORATED MILK
1.1/2CUP FRESH PUMPKIN
[use small fresh pumpkins peel gut and boil till soft]

Place pumpkin in bowl, stir in sugar, spices and salt then eggs; mix well. Stir in milk. Pre-heat oven to 425. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes reduce heat to 350 continue baking for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
