Ingredients:  
1 medium potato
2 1/2 boxes of powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 16 oz jar of creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
boil potato and mash it
place in bowl and add vanilla
add powdered sugar in small increments until mixture reaches a dough-like texture
roll out the "dough"
spread a thin layer of peanut butter on top
roll it like a jelly roll
refrigerate cut into 1/2 inch slices
