2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
rounded 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla,
2 1/2 c. quick (minute) oats

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and butter on stove top to boil. Watch constantly, and stir as necessary. Bring to a boil and keep it there for 1 1/2 minutes. Take off from heat, and add vanilla, and then stir in the peanut butter. Once it is completely blended, add in oats. Stir quickly and drop dollops onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Enjoy!

For a different taste, you can add in either or both of 1/2 c. coconut/walnuts, but my family prefers it w/o them.
