*Ingredients should be proportioned to individual persons packet.
*Ground beef or Turkey about the size of a large hamburger 6-8oz.
*Peeled and sliced potatoes, 1-2 per person
* Peeled and sliced carrot rounds, 1-2 per person
Onion and Green Pepper slices if desired
*1 T. butter or margarine
* Salt and pepper as desired
* Velveeta cheese slices as desired
* A1 sauce for serving

Directions:
1. Lay a large sheet of heavy tin foil per person on counter. Spray inside with Pam or rub with butter.
2. Layer vegetables in center of foil.
3. Place thumb size pieces of ground uncooked meat on top.
4. Salt and pepper
5. Dot with butter or margarine
6. Tightly wrap into packets.
7. Place on grill for about 15-20 min until vegetables are fork tender.
8. Plate packets and top with Velveeta cheese slice if desired. Or serve with A1 sauce.
