Chewy Hoagie-Sub rolls (some of inside bread removed)
Genoa Salami-ultra thin slices
Dill pickles- thinly sliced
Onions-thinly sliced
Green pepper- thinly sliced
Aged Sharp cheddar cheese- thinly sliced
Dash of Oregano
Italian dressing...use good quality

Directions:
Directions:
Slice rolls almost entire way through and hollow out some of the inside "fluff".
Cover entire inside of roll with slices of layered salami.
Cover salami with cheese
Add some of each of the vegetable slices as desired
Sprinkle with Oregano
Add enough dressing as desired
