For 1 shell:
1 c flour
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 c shortening (crisco)
3 tbsp cold water

For 2 shells:
2 1/2 c flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 c shortening (crisco)
5-7 tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hands. Add water 1 tbsp at a time to get the correct consistency. Knead about 5 times (not too much so it does not get tough). Roll-out and use in a pie plate.

For a baked shell: refrigerate 1 hour and bake @ 450º for 12 minutes. Prick the shell befor refrigerating and baking.
