2 cubes margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick oats
1 c. rice crispies
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, surgars and oil; add egg and mix well. Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
