1 2 1/2 pound chicken cut in pieces, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 3/4 8 ounce bottle of low calorie Italian salad dressing.

Directions:
Season chicken and arrange in a baking pan. Pour dressing over chicken. Bake in a 350º oven, basting often, for 1 hour.

The Wisconsin state capitol building is on a hill overlooking lakes Mendota and Monona. The view inspired Longfellow to write his poem, "The Four Lakes of Madison" about the city in which this Bastian family lived.
