1/2 lb. butter
5 tablespoons 10x sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add flour gradually, then vanilla, then nuts. Roll in hand, pieces that will be as big as your middle finger. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 375o for about 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them, they are done when they turn a light tan on edge. Remove and roll in 10x sugar immediately. Store in covered cookie tin.
