1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 lb. chocolate stars
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and peanut butter together. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, stir until creamy. Add flour, soda and salt. Shape into small balls, and bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 350º oven for 10 min. remove and place a star in the center of each cookie, press down gently. Return to oven for 2 minutes.
