3/4 cup margarine or butter
3 cups sugar
1 small can (5 oz) evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
1 package of peanut butter chips
1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease or use non-stick cooking spray to prepare a 9 x 13 pan. Mix margarine, sugar and milk in a large, heavy-bottomed pan. Bring to a full, rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Continue boiling for 5 minutes on medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234º F. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared pan. When cool, cut into squares and serve or store in a sealed container.
