1/3 C brown sugar, packed
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1 C flour
1/3 C butter, melted
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 C sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, walnuts and flour. Stir in butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Press remainder into prepare 8" square pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs then add lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Blend well and pour onto baked crust. Top with reserved cup of crumb mixture. Bake for another 25 minutes. Chill.
