2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c.mozola oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil together, add eggs one at a time.

Add vanilla.

Mix in dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking powder).

Refrigerate until cool.

Shape into a ball, roll in sugar and flatten with a glass.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 º
