1 c. sugar
12 c. Carnation milk
1 1/2 c. coffee cream
2 rounded tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp butter, cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well with a spoon but do not beat! Pour into an unbaked pie shell, sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350º - 375º until done, approximately 45 minutes. Pie solidifies as it cools. Do Not Substitute Ingredients!

The is the receipe that was used in the cafeteria at the old Ball Stores in Muncie, IN. They were famous, locally, for their cream pie. Nancy Martin Shaw used to bring "Wick's" version to family gatherings and we all loved it as it is very rich.
