1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 sleeve (4 oz.) round butter flavored crackers or Big Cheese It crackers
1 c. white semisweet or milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter on half of the crackers; top with remaining crackers to make sandwiches. refrigerate. In a small heavy saucepan or microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth. Dip sandwiches and place on waxed paper until chocolate hardens.

You can substitute the semisweet chocolate chips with any flavored almond bark.
