Notes: I remember Aunt Marie having these every holiday season at the house in Lisbon. Aunt Marie and Uncle Elmer's house was across the street from the old St. Johns Catholic Church in Lisbon. This is the Church where Mom and Dad were married and where Grandpa Short's funeral was held. Grandpa's was the last funeral ever held there because the new church in Mount Vernon wasn't ready yet. The funeral home was a couple doors down from the Parsonage. I remember Mom and Dad telling me that the room in Marie and Elmer's home that was just off the dining room had originally been the Priest's office. They used it as a bedroom.
