1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg whites
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins, soaked

Cream sugar, applesauce, and eggs whites until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet, bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Makes 48.
