2 - 14 oz bottles ketchup
1 - 12 oz bottle chili sauce
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
1 1/2 cups wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes or 3 T fresh
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 (10 oz) bottle A-1® Steak Sauce or Heinz 57
dash tobasco
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 12 oz can beer
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Spread on meat during later stages of cooking. This makes 1/2 gallon. Store in refrigerator.
