28 slices of bread (1/2 wheat and 1/2 white) toast and dice.
2 small diced onions, sauted
2 C. of butter or margarine
season to taste: 1-2 tbsp. sage, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper.
1 to 2 C. celery, diced
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Toast and dice all of the bread into small cubes. Saute onions and celery in the butter, add in sage and other seasonings. In seperate bowl mix together eggs, and the cans of cream of mushroom soup; add to bowl of bread pieces. Then add the sauted onions and celery. Pour Mixture into Greased pan, Bake at 300ºF for 30 to 45 minutes covered in foil.
