1 lb orange slices, sliced real thin
1 pkg dates, chopped
2 cups nuts, chopped
1 lb coconut
31/2 cups flour
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
Icing:
1 cup orange juice
2 cups powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together slices, dates, nuts and coconut. Add 1/2 cup flour and mix till all ingredients are covered. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Then add flour, baking soda and buttermilk, mix well. Add both mixtures together, stir well. Bake for 21/2 - 3 hours @ 250º in a well-greased and floured bundt pan. Stir together juice and sugar and pour over cake while still hot.
