1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. uncooked quick rolled oats
1 C. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream : brown sugar, sugar, and butter

Add and Beat until smooth: egg, vanilla and milk

Add and beat in: flour, soda, baking powder and salt

Beat the mixture well. Drop cookies 2 inches apart on a well greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until light brown.
