4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle of nutmeg
1 1/2 c. luke warm milk
pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick & frothy. Add sugar, beat, pinch of salt, vanilla, nutmeg, milk. Beat until blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell

Bake for 10 minutes on 425º......reduce heat to 325º for 50 minutes.
