2 Tbsp. Olive oil

2 Pork Steaks

2 large peeled Onions, sliced 1/4 inch

2 eggs

4 slices of Jewish Rye bread with Caraway seeds

Horseradish

Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Add Olive oil in frying pan over medium heat

Add pork -chops and fry to your liking; the thicker the chop the longer cooking time is on both sides

Just before they are done, add the onions and cover, turning onions over several times until they are browned.

Break 2 eggs on top of chops, don't overcook

Serve with horseradish, mustard and Rye bread.
