1 box light brown sugar
1 c. water
1 egg white, beaten with a pinch of cream of tartar until fluffy
1 tsp. vanilla
pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and water to a large saucepan. Boil until a ball forms when dropped into small glass of cold water. Stir occassionally. Beat egg white and cream of tartar until fluffy. Add sugar and water mixture slowly into egg whites, beating until it starts to harden. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat a little longer. Spoon out on to wax paper and cool.
